What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Pickup in one of the stores in POM, Hagen, Kokopo or Lae

Delivery VIA TNT

If your living in a place that doesn’t have Fone Haus store, you can opt-in choose the pickup or delivery through TNT. We do have a minimum charge of 85 Kina for delivery.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Usually, 3 to 5 hours upon purchase if we have confirmed the order before 2PM, after 2PM the order gets processed the next business day.

Delivery VIA TNT

It takes approximately 3 – 7 business days depending on your location.

How Do I Place an Order?

Simply click the ad to cart button on the product that you want to purchase

proceed to checkout and input your name, address, contact details, a delivery option

Pay:

  • If you’re paying through Mastercard or visa card, payment verification will be automatic, but in some cases, we will require you to submit proof of identity to verify if you’re the correct cardholder.
  • Bank deposit. If you’re paying through bank deposit, please send us the deposit slip or proof. It will take us 1 business day to confirm your payment.
